Marcelle Latour, born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, has highlighted her artistic abilities since her childhood with the encouragement of the Dominican teacher and plastic artist, Isa de Peña.
She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising with a mention in Creativity from the Universidad Católica Santo Domingo. She has carried out various illustration, painting and graphic design workshops at the Altos de Chavón school and APEC University. Her participation in the national and international artistic sphere began in 1996.

This artist has excelled in painting, illustration, recycling and sculpture; making fantastic figurations marked by ingenuity and magical surrealism. She has participated in important events in the artistic world around the country, becoming a member of the Dominican College of Plastic Artists (CODAP) and the Dominican Association of Visual Artists
