BIO
I'm a self-taught artist based in Miami Florida, born and raised in Brooklyn, New
York. The trendy and diverse culture in both Brooklyn and Miami contributes to
my inspiration and is channeled in my art work. From beginning to end, I test my
artistic abilities by rendering ideas I envision and bring to life with acrylic paint,
chalk, ink and graphite.
Part of my process involves experimenting with colors, blending swirls and
marks that naturally flow. I approach my work by letting go and allowing my
brush to express itself through organic lines and scribbles that fall into place. I
seamlessly combine this with photorealism and intricate detail. My belief is that
in life and art everything aligns itself, and I create pieces that allow observers the
freedom to form their own interpretations and bonds.
Sparked by the absence of galleries, rarity of public art and resources in
underserved communities, I strive to make art visible and accessible to everyone
and I'm passionate about creating opportunities for artists of such communities.
Art is an essential component of the human experience and contributes to the
enrichment of society.
