Nancy studied art at both the Swain School of Design in New Bedford, Massachusetts and also at the New School of Fine Arts in Coral Gables. She had been a drug counselor for the now closed Metatherapy Institute and also owned a limousine/taxi company, along with her husband Michael on Key Biscayne, FL for many years. They moved to Homestead in 2005. She has been awarded honors for her photography in juried shows. Most of her photographs involve nature and agriculture.

Nancy became involved with Homestead Center for the Arts and now serves as Chair of the Bea Peskoe Lunchtime Lecture Series. Under Nancy’s leadership, the program has evolved to include quality speakers dealing with rural, ethnic and local history themes.
