An artist from childhood I did crochet, knit, hand embroidery, and created cutwork using machine embroidery. Later on in my life I created lace, sewed custom garments, weaved intricate hats, and baskets from fibers for income. I studied the basics of art at Lehman College in New York. To improve my income and also my education, I became a dental hygienist with the ultimate masters degree from Columbia University; an RDH MS. I worked 32 years for Montefiore Hospital and retired.

I make soft wall sculptures with fabrics I am a member of the Miami Watercolor society and Florida watercolor society. Submitted watercolor paintings
to juried exhibitions and become a ‘signature artistʼ I am a lifetime student artist at Fairchild Botanical Garden. There I am always studying new ideas and
techniques, also acrylic and water based oil with brush, palette knife and other. Subjects birds, people, landscapes, plants, flowers, and botanical art.
