Local Writers

The desire to write can be to create an enchanting children’s book, a stirring poem, a thoughtful essay, personal memoirs, a play, the characters and plot of a short story or novel, a non-fiction book, or an exciting screenplay. The urge may flicker in and out as a, “Someday I will…”, or rise to the intensity of time spent nearly every day to take words from thought to paper. The Lamplighters Writers Group has long been an Affiliate Member within HCA, but we have other individual writers as well.
