MAC’s main goal is to advance the living standards of farmworker youth by breaking the cycle of poverty through education, the arts, and civic engagement. MAC is a well-respected advocate of community issues and an agent of positive change for promoting cultural and civic engagement with a record of over 30 years of service in the community.

MAC is also proud to be the home of the Homestead-Miami Mariachi Conservatory (HMMC). Founded in 2015 under the direction of the world renown, "Mariachi Los Mora Arriaga", the after-school music program has a special focus on children of Farmworker background. Recognized as Florida's premier Mariachi music school, the HMMC has been featured on National TV and performed across Florida.
